A solid recommendation is to learn what type of leader are you. Different tasks require different leadership styles. If one style is not working, switch to a style that may create better success:

Hands-on Leader

It means fully assuming a leadership role, steering from the front, and working side-by-side with team members.

Hands Off Leader

known as Laissez-faire leadership, delegating everything and allowing team members to make the decisions. Research has shown this style can lead to the lowest productivity among team members.

Micromanager

This is the controlling management style, where every thought, decision and action is controlled.

Virtual Leader

Transformational leaders who display a transformational style emphasizing the importance of working together.

Figurehead Leader

A person who holds an a title or office, yet executes little actual power and never rolls up their sleeves to help make it happen.

Knowing your leadership style can help determine unique ways to help your team.
